Circa 1875. This Historic 5,200 square foot luxury home is located in downtown Methuen, Ma. Owned solely by the Ganem Family since its construction, we were lucky enough to meet with the Ganem family prior to purchasing and learned much of the homes rich history. With that knowledge, we set out to restore the aging property and home back to its original character. Nearly all the materials used in the home were salvaged from the actual property and we only incorporated new materials when needed. With 3 conditioned floors and 8 bedrooms, this project was very challenging but extremely rewarding at its completion.
